MEMBERSHIP RULES

  • The Prairie Gold Rewards program is free and valid only at Prairie Meadows Racetrack & Casino.

  • All Prairie Gold Rewards members must be 21 years of age or older.

  • By participating in the Prairie Gold Rewards program, members agree to be bound by all applicable rules and regulations.

  • Valid government issued photo identification is required to participate in the Prairie Gold Rewards program, and may need to be presented for various transactions.

  • Prairie Gold Rewards members may have only one (1) Prairie Gold Rewards account. No linked accounts are permitted. Only the cardholder of the account may receive information or engage in any transaction(s) relating to his/her Prairie Gold Rewards account.

  • Each member is responsible for selecting a confidential “PIN” for his/her account and is responsible for all transactions on that account when the card or “PIN” is in use. 

  • A maximum of three (3) duplicate Prairie Gold Rewards cards can be issued per day. Must provide proper photo identification to receive duplicate card(s).

  • Preferred, Premier, Elite, and Black card memberships remain valid for one year (October – September).

  • After 12 consecutive months of inactivity, all unredeemed points and Free Play will expire.

  • Prairie Gold Rewards cards, tier points, reward points, offers, awards, and all other program benefits are non-transferable.

  • Any Prairie Gold Rewards account discrepancies or lost/stolen cards should be immediately reported to Prairie Meadows. 

  • Rules of specific promotions may vary (see Prairie Gold Rewards for specific promotion details).

  • Employees are not eligible for Prairie Gold Rewards membership, special offers, promotions, or events.

  • Any misuse of Prairie Gold Rewards card or improper play, as determined by Prairie Meadows in its sole discretion, will result in forfeiture of all accumulated points, offers, and vouchers. Members misusing cards or engaging in improper play are subject to membership revocation.

  • Enrollment in the Prairie Gold Rewards program automatically authorizes Prairie Meadows Racetrack & Casino to initiate contact with members using the information provided by the member for marketing or other purposes.

  • Members should notify Prairie Meadows of any name, address, e-mail address, or telephone number changes in order to continue to receive information about Prairie Gold Rewards programs, offers, bonuses, party invitations, or other program events.

  • Any and all applicable taxes arising from a member receiving any awards is the sole responsibility of the member.

  • Discounts outlined in the tier benefits excludes all gift card and ticket purchases.

  • Any dispute or situation not covered by these rules will be resolved by the management of Prairie Meadows, and that decision shall be final and binding.

  • Membership in Prairie Gold Rewards may be denied, revoked, or canceled at the discretion of Prairie Meadows management, without prior notice.Prairie Meadows Racetrack & Casino reserves the right to revise or cancel this program at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice, subject to any applicable regulatory approval.
