• Presentation of Colors – Polk County Sheriff Office Color Guard

• National Anthem – Riley Houde 

• Pledge of Allegiance – Altoona American Legion

• Remarks from Prairie Meadows Leadership & Polk County – Gary Palmer, President/CEO of Prairie Meadows, & Angela Connolly 

• Congressional Members – Clayton Garcia, Zach Nunn, Nate Boulton, Bill Gustoff, Brian Lohse, Paul Pate, Kevin Schneider, & Dean O'Connor

• Closing Remarks – Gary Palmer & Angela Connolly

• Live music performed by Cody Hicks in Finish Line Show Lounge from 1PM to 4PM
