AJ's Steakhouse Unveils USDA Prime Beef Menu
Wednesday, January 22 – Altoona, IA. Award-winning AJ’s Steakhouse, located on Level 1 of Prairie Meadows Casino, is proud to announce the exclusive inclusion of USDA Prime beef to its new menu. The dining establishment’s new tagline — “A Rare Find” — highlights their commitment to offering beef that boasts the highest quality grade assigned by the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

Less than 2% of all beef in the United States will earn the top prime designation. The prime grade offers the most abundantly marbled cuts, which lends itself to tremendous flavor and texture. It’s rarely available in grocery stores.

The USDA Prime cuts at AJ’s Steakhouse are wet aged a minimum of 28 days. This aging process ensures an incredibly tender and flavorful profile. After the aging process, the beef is cooked under a high heat broiler that produces perfect results every time. All of AJ’s beef cuts are served with a house made demi-glace.
