The Meadows Events & Conference Center offers over 18,000 square feet of versatile meeting space with a variety of room configurations designed to meet your needs. Our elegant facility and experienced event staff combined with the latest technology and culinary delights are sure to make any event special. Trackside Meeting Facilities...Rooms with a view
The Prairie Rose Room
The Prairie Rose is a private room located at the south end of the Clubhouse and overlooks the racetrack. It contains a private bar, audio/visual equipment and multiple televisions. It can accommodate up to 70 people.
North Turfside
This terraced seating area is located at the north end of the Clubhouse and can accommodate up to 120 people. It offers guests excellent views of the racetrack, finish line and winner's circle. Additionally, each terrace table has a flat panel television.
The Pavilion
Located adjacent to the homestretch of the racetrack, The Pavilion can accommodate up to 200 people. This climate controlled private building contains a private bar, mutuel teller windows, private restrooms, and multiple televisions. The Pavilion is accessed from the track apron by exiting the main facility.
Trackside Hospitality Tent
Located on the track apron next to the racetrack, the Hospitality Tent can accommodate up to 100 people. This outdoor tent is the perfect place to enjoy a beautiful afternoon or evening of live racing.

| Polk County Room | The Polk County Room is approximately 665 sq. ft. with LCD, computer interface, audio components. |
| Meadows Ballroom | The Meadows Ballroom is over 14,100 sq ft. of function space with a 3,000 sq ft. stage and complete Audio Visual capabilities with five projection screens. This area can be divided into 5 different spaces to accommodate multiple groups. |
| Meadows Ballroom A | This area includes the stage and two projection screens. This space is approximately 4,500 sq ft. |
| Meadows Ballroom B | This area is approximately 4,500 sq ft. includes A/V equipment and two projection screens. |
| Meadows Ballroom C | This area is approximately 4,000 sq ft. and includes A/V equipment and one projection screen. |
| Salon 1 | This area is over 1,300 sq ft of function space that is divided from Ballroom C. |
| Salon 2 | This area is over 1,200 sq ft. of function space. |
| Salon 3 | This area is over 1,200 sq ft of function space that includes A/V equipment and one projection screen. |
